I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Kansas.

I am also fully licensed in the State of Missouri.  

I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University.    

Currently, I am training as a psychoanalyst through the 

Greater Kansas City Psychoanalytic Institute.  

In addition to my private practice, I teach graduate and undergraduate courses at 

MidAmerica Nazarene University.

My approach to counseling is to create a safe space and a strong relationship 

where we can explore whatever symptom or situation brought you to counseling. 

It is truly brave to confront and overcome difficult issues and aspects in one’s life and self. 

That is why I strongly believe that no one should do that hard work alone. 

I believe that change and healing happen when we are truly seen, heard, and known by another.

It is my hope for you to experience life in new and different ways. 

Whether it’s living with less anxiety or depression, healing in your relationships, 

or managing long term mental health issues, there is hope for healing.
